All prices are in £ sterling inclusive of all relevant taxes and exclusive of delivery. Delivery charges can be found under the 'delivery and returns' section within the Information option. They are also shown when you place items in your basket. You may pay by any major credit card or debit card, for a full listing please refer to the 'Payment Methods' section. Payment is deducted at the point of ordering. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
All orders made through www.partmaster.co.uk will be processed by Screwfix Spares Limited and your contract for your purchase will be with Screwfix Spares Limited only.
Website Transactions
When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. Payment will be processed at the point of ordering. We will send an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order. If we accept your order, we will despatch the product(s), at which point we make a legal contract with you. For purchases from this website we will send you an email to confirm despatch. We will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know and issue a full refund.
When you order you will have an opportunity to check the details and correct any input errors.
Orders may be sent from our distribution centre in the UK or France. Certain shipments may incur local customs duties and taxes that will be made payable to your local postal provider. Duties and taxes will vary depending on the delivery destination and the value of your order; unfortunately because these are paid locally we cannot give you a breakdown of possible charges in advance of your order being placed. If you have provided us with a valid email address or phone number you will contacted by your local postal provider to make payment. These duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you choose not to pay these duties and taxes then your order will be held for 3 days before being sent back to us. In these instances we will always refund you the full product order value. If you haven't received your items within 3 weeks, please contact us to arrange a replacement order.
Telephone Orders
Provided your chosen goods are available we will process your payment and give you an order confirmation number while you are on the phone to us. We do not send confirmation emails to telephone customers.
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from your card issuer. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Promotional Codes
Only One discount can be used per order.
If you order a product where a minimum age requirement is indicated, by ordering you confirm you are of the required age.
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us.
